Our Product Story
We are a truly family business, with all our products being designed and made by Lisa.
"I trained as a Textile Designer at Leeds University, and went on to teach Textiles for 10 years. When we bought our first alpacas the most exciting part for me was exploring the possibilities of this beautiful fibre."
We use recycled and local handmade products whenever possible for example locally made ceramic buttons and recycled lining fabrics to my enhance designs. Our yarns are spun at The Natural Fibre Company, Launceston, Cornwall and Specialist Spinners, Banbury.
All our alpaca products are made using our own fleece retaining the natural colour of the fibre, for those who want the most natural of products.
Where colour is used in a design we use pure new shetland wool, from scotland in a wide range of gorgeous colours to compiment the natural white of our alpaca.
We started selling our unique products at craft and agricultural shows around Devon and Cornwall in 2008 with great success. We also sell our products by mail order and through our online shop . Alternatively visit one of our stockists (see home page). Our full catalogue can be downloaded from our Online Shop.
Commisions - because we design and make everything ourselves we can happily customise our products to suit you contact us to discuss your requirements.
